Wired earbuds are wayyyyyyy too loud

lost my AirPods so i bought a new wired EarPods (USB-C)

but when it’s plugged into my iPad Air, 5th, running iOS 17.6.1. they are “incredibly” way too loud (about 50dB) even on very very lowest volume setting and I could hear something even they are just in my hand not ears

is it anything broken or a "normal" thing that is allowed to happen? :(

is there any workaround I can do with this or something?

How do I get my sound to come out of my AirPods Pro rather than my iPhone speaker? Both earbuds quit after about minutes after starting. They're fully charged, but nothing I've tried will get them functioning. Sound works on iPhone or on my Anker external speaker, but not in the earbuds. AirPods Pro too loud even on lowest volume setting I've recently bought a pair AirPods 3rd gen and when I use them connected to my iPhone they are much too loud, even on the lowest volume setting. I see this was an issue a few years ago (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251950281) but no solution was posted. Just wondering if there's any way to fix this? At the moment, the AirPods are pretty much unusable.

Airpods sound quality inferior to wired earbuds After oweing a pair of Airpods Pro for over a year I put on a pair of wired earbuds that came with a previous iphone purchase, the difference in sound quality is shocking, the wired being much better, rich in bass and well balanced. I remember spending hours and hours trying to adjust the Airpods before finally giving up - they were never able to match the sound quality of wired earbuds, Apple brand or otherwise, especially in the Bass end. I wonder if anyone in the community has the similar experience. I have not just bought one set but two, each falls short when compared to a wired pair of earbuds.
