How do I set a Do Not Disturb time period?

I used to be able to set a do not disturb time period on my phone.

Now, all we have is Focus, which makes no sense to me, because it doesn't set a time period.

I just want to turn off all notifications/txts/noise/etc. from 10pm to 7am.

But I don't see a way to do that.

I got a text last night at 1:30am from a company. I couldn't get back to sleep. I need to be able to set Do Not Disturb for a certain time period like we used to be able to do.
