My phone keeps entering do not disturb mode. I do not have any schedules or automations set. Focus is not set. I know how to turn it off, but every time I stop using my phone, it goes back to do not disturb. I need to get notifications and this is making me crazy. Why does it keep defaulting to dnd? I have tried powering down my phone, and it didn't help.

I have tried everything to turn the Do Not Disturb off. My Focus does not even have an “OFF” option. It just says “1 Hour” “Until tomorrow” or “Until I leave” - NOTHING turns DND off. And it says there are no available updates. I have OS 26.2. PLEASE HELP ME!
thanks for taking the time to respond. I don't have any old schedules or any focuses set. I updated to ios 26.2 today and that seems to have helped?
No problem. Still bugs in 26.2 that still have to be ironed out.
