I have an iPhone 12 that I got in the uk. It is model A2172.
I want to add an eSIM from nomad alongside my smarty sim and I cannot find the option to do this. It worked fine with my XR. Any help would be great.

What is the model number, that starts with an M?
Also, do you not see the "Add eSIM" option in Settings ➜ Mobile Data?
Did you follow Nomad's instructions?

a. On iOS: Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Add Cellular Plan (or Add Data Plan), then scan the QR code

Yes, certainly I'm listening. But Nomad's instructions do not say "select Add eSIM". Does scanning the QR code they sent then ask you to select that option? Or do you mean that you don't see an "Add Cellular Plan" option?

Haha. You’re not listening to me. I do not have that option on my phone. That is the problem.
I have tried all the methods set out by nomad. But my problem is in my settings there is nowhere that an eSIM can be added.
