Genuine iPhone, but Lightning Cable Found to be Counterfeit

The title seems weird, but I encountered an issue where the lightning cable in my iPhone box was identified as fake, even though the iPhone is genuine.

I faced an issue with my iPhone. Just after one week, the cable stopped working, and when I visited an Apple authorized support center, they informed me that the cable was fake and not covered under warranty.

I request Apple Support to assist me with this issue. Either the service centers need to be updated, or there needs to be an investigation into how a fake cable could end up in an iPhone box.

iPhone 13, iOS 17
