Cannot connect Iphone hotspot to windows laptop through AnyConnect

Whenever I'm trying to connect my company laptop with my iPhone's hotspot through AnyConnect software, it says open or untrusted network and it doesn't connect. My company laptop has policies and I can connect Wi-Fi through that AnyConnect only.

In Android, they have option to set the hotspot security to WPA2 or WPA3, I cannot find it in iPhone.

Please let me know how to set the security of the iPhone hotspot.

It is very much necessary for me.
