Apple Watch not tracking sleep stages
My Apple Watch is tracking hours slept but not my sleep stages any help?
iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17
I downloaded the AutoSleep app to my Apple Watch 9. Combined with Apple's features, I get detailed sleep stages, times awake, sleep rating, respiration rate and more. You may want to look at it.
