Why is the Amazon Pop-Up window appearing on my MacBook Air?

My wife gets this window, headed "Skip to," once signed in to her Amazon UK account on her MacBook Air. There are no browser extensions and I've tried every suggestion on removing it I can find, without success. It looks like this:

I've even spoke to Amazon, who sent an email with instructions, but they were irrelevant, in that I do not have the extensions and they recommended blocking Google website, which I could not to, although I tried. Has anyone had this intrusive software and removed it, please?

I finally figured it out to remove keyboard shortcut window from popping up with on Amazon's website:

Go to settings/accessibility/ shut off "Full Keyboard Access" and close and now window should no longer pop up

I am having the same issue with the main account under my husband's email, however it does not show up when I'm on the other account which is under my email.

I do not have chrome on my computer, but I do have DuckDuckGo and it does not do that when I use that one.

So yes, c'mon Apple, figure this out!!!
