Adding Count In to Garage Band Drum Backing Track

I am using GarageBand 10.4.11 and trying to create a simple drum backing track for live use but I can't seem to do it without having the metronome on for the whole track nor can I change the sound used for the count in. Any help would be greatly appreciated>
