That’s Apple Account not Apple Card is a Mastercard credit card.
Do you use a VPN?
No I added money to my Apple account, it created a card, I accidentally deleted and it won’t come back
No I just have 1 Apple account and one Apple ID

Why was the card removed? Was there an issue with your Apple Account and billing or something?
