Unable to install app from App Store on iPhone

when I install an app, it does not install, I click the get button, and then I click instal it shows prepared to install, but it autometacaly cancels and does not even ask for a finger ID or pass

Check you are signed in on your iPhone with the same Apple ID you use in the App Store:

Sign in to your Apple Account - Apple Support


Check you are using the newest compatible iOS Version: Eg: Look in Settings > General > Software Update

If an update or upgrade is available, it is wise to back-up your data before installing it.


Check if any restrictions are set:

Manage App Store purchases, settings, and restrictions on iPhone - Apple Support


Apple requires you have a payment method listed in your account for the first time you use the App Store or iTunes, even you only download free items:

If needed: check which payment methods Apple can accept in your country or region:
