Unable to download apps from App Store on iPhone XR

To me it appears there are various server related issues. Although the App Store itself is working, some related servers appear to have an issue.Try again later when they have cleared.

Don’t worry, your not the only one. It seems there’s an outage affecting the App Store, but Apple hasn’t updated the status on the status page. Reports indicate that thousands of people are experiencing the issue. I expect Apple will update the status page soon.

Perhaps the issue was just resolved, as of now all status on the status page is available.
