It's progressing EXACTLY as it should. As already stated, the status won't change until it's being prepared to ship. And Apple doesn't charge until then. When you see the charge come though, it will be good news!

What date range was suggested to receive your phone on the order confirmation? The phone will stay in Processing until just before it's ready to be shipped, where the status will change to Preparing to Ship, then quickly after that Shipped. If you are still within the stated date range, there shouldn't be anything to be concerned about.
