"Backup" is going to icloud but I do not want it to do this. In "Manage", no way of switching it off!?

I have local SSD for "Backup" but I see that there is "Backup" with same volume in "iCloud". I already have essential files in iCloud for example, Documents, Photos etc etc so to have Backup in the cloud with the same data on it simply not required. On the "Manage" page where apps files can be sent to the cloud or not, there is no tab for "Backup". And help with trying to resolve this problem in stopping "Backup" going to iCloud much appreciated. Thanks.
