I need to sign into my Game Center from my old Apple ID from my old phone because I had good progress in n my games and I lost all of it when I had to open up a new Apple ID so my question is how do I sign into Game Center from my old account on my new phone I don’t have the same number or apple id

Game Center is tied to your Apple ID, so those previous games are tied to your old Apple ID and will not accessible from a different Apple Account. You'll need to sign in with that Apple ID to get those games back. Why did you need to create a new Apple Account? Did you forget the password? If so, see:
