Error: mono-sgen64 quit unexpectedly at start-up

This error pops-up at start up. Mac Info:

Error Info, Screen Shot of Page 1 of 14-pages copied into a Pages Document:

I've researched this on multiple occasions - have received advice to include entering in the Terminal Setting to rewrite something or other. Not comfortable with this process, have only worked simple commands and never on the Mac, only in Windows several years ago.

Would like assistance on how to get rid of this thing. Has been popping up since day one of purchase after setting up from back-up of previous MacBook Pro. So irritating....

Once resolved, still have not found a way to stop certain Apps opening on Start up following the normal process but this one first. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. I've set alarms to check back at least twice a day, 10:00am PDT and 9:00pm PDT over the next couple of days to see if there are any suggestions.

Thank you in advance for reviewing this request!
