How can I know if my new MacBook Pro is used or open box?

I bought my M2 pro MacBook Pro from apple authorized reseller "Micro center Dallas" yesterday as brand new , the limited warranty which is supposed to be one year ends in April , battery cycles = 3 , what should I do ? is this MacBook used or an Open box ?

Apple has seals on the boxes on all the devices they sell. While it's not an absolute since they could be faked, if your Mac's box still had the tear-offs, it was probably new. The Battery Cycles figure probably came due to the testing all such devices go through when they come off the assembly line. As long as your Mac is working properly and the warranty date for your Mac is correct here:

then I'd say just don't stress about it.
