IWatch health summary. Under each category like step there is one red bar preceded by several gray bars. What do the gray bars represent?

I guess you are asking about graphs like the one, for example?



The red bar marks the current day, the grey ones the days before today, going back 6 days.

This is just the quick overview for you while scrolling through the different categories. Taping on the graph will open a page with more information and the abriviations for the days of the week.
