Lifting Right side of Screen - iPhone 13

The right hand side of my screen suddenly lifted today and my phone won't turn on. Yesterday the phone kept turning off and the on again, and the battery was showing 70% and then suddenly 10%. I thought there was a corrupt application, ran the update to iOS 18 and it began working again. Overnight the phone lost charge, after a few hours on charge it began working again, but when I picked it up a later in the day I noticed the lifted screen. I've turned the device off, but I'm not sure what happened. Any ideas as to what happened, and how urgently do I need to take it in?

When the screen lifts, it's usually due to a swollen battery. If i were you, I would take it in ASAP to an Apple store or authorized service center.
