How can I find out what subscriptions are active on my Apple Account?

Hi,


I'm trying to update my payment information that is on file. I have added a new UPI ID already. When I select the payment method that is on file and try to remove it I get a message saying "There is an active subscription on this account that requires this payment method." So how do I either end that subscription (I don't know what it is and I have cancelled all my subscriptions as well although they haven't expired yet) or change my payment on file? The upi ID I am trying to remove does not exist anymore. This had lead to another Issue that says "Your account has been disabled in app store and itunes."Help me.

If you have a subscription going then it will require at least one method always be present, but If you have added a new method already then it should let you remove the old method. However, India has its own special payment system and I (in the USA) have no familiarity with it.


If a message says 'Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled' - Apple Support or "You cannot login because your account has been locked”, this is not something anybody on this forum can resolve for you. You might be able to request reactivation by tapping Continue right from the alert. If that does not work, Apple provides a link with three options for this specific issue. Tap or click here and choose the self help method, or a contact option ➞ https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362 .
