Is there anything that we can do to retrieve the files or can we have any kind of technique to open and activate the iPhone? Yes! I forgot the passcode and it is my fault. If we can go to view again the passcode, I can managed to deactivate it now co’z I remember now the code. But? I think it is to late now. See If you forgot your iPhone passcode or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
