13 Pro max getting heated, Screen response degrades, battery charging becomes slow

After upgrading my 13 Pro max to 18.0.1 my iphone is working weird

issues

1. Phone getting heated

2. Screen not giving proper touch response.

3. Device charging becomes very slow.

4. Number of apps not responding smoothly.

It's pathetic firmware upgrade from apple.

Does your iPhone 13 Pro Max still have its original battery?

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging
