I’m a university student trying to sell my old iPad. A buyer asked me to log into my iPad with his Apple ID, then locked it and scammed me. I sent him money to unlock it, but he claimed he didn’t receive it and is now demanding more. I’m trying to contact Apple for help with the activation lock, but I’m having trouble. Any advice?

Those are your only options. You'll want to submit your original purchase receipts from Apple or an authorized reseller.
I have all the original receipts and even the box of the ipad but i am facing problem in submitting request for activation lock, it is again and again showing session expired as soon as i click on the link sent to my mail.
