Oxygen app unavailable on Apple Watch 9

I just bought an Apple 9 watch and want to use the O2 app stat. It says unavailable. Is there a way to get it to work? It’d be very important to me

No. Currently Apple is not allowed to make it available pending resolution of litigation by a 3rd party claiming ownership of the technology.


How to use the Blood Oxygen app on Apple Watch - Apple Support

The ability to measure Blood Oxygen is no longer available on Apple Watch units sold by Apple in the United States on or after January 18, 2024. These are indicated with part numbers ending in LW/A
