iPhone 11 Pro screen unresponsive after updating to iOS 18

Good day

I recently updated my iphone 11 pro to ios 18. The phone worked fine for a few hours and then the screen suddenly became unresponsive. I have tried to force shut down to no avail. When the phone starts back up the screen is still unresponsive. I then decided to flash the phone, retaining data and still the phone was unresponsive. What can I do to solve this please. I think its notable to mention that the phone had a setting message pop up but I could not read it because the screen stopped working, hence the reason I flashed it.
