How do I remove the Facebook icon at the top of my Apple Watch? It wasn’t there until this morning.

When I turned my phone on this morning I now have the Facebook icon showing up at the top of my Apple Watch . Also my phone says it is downloading something and it is at 0%

I don't know what the downloading thing is but if you double tap your Digital Crown and close the Facebook window that should work
