Random app kick on iPhone 13

so I got an iPhone 13 like 5 months ago on my birthday and up until now it has been running fine and better than ever. But recently it has started acting up. It keeps kicking me out of an app for no reason despite there being no problem whatsoever, I’ve restarted my phone, updated the app etc and it still acts up! The strange thing about this is that it only kicks me out of that specific app and all the other apps are fine.
