iphone 15 keyboard glitch

Hello. Everytime i try to type my keyboard automatically hits “enter” so i cannot finish a word without glitching or hitting on “search” when googling for example. it’s really hard to form full sentences and i keep needing to go back to reverse my googlr search or to stop hitting enter.

iphone keyboard searching before i’m done typing I have the iphone 14 pro max, and I’m not sure if this is the cause but since I updated to iOS 17 I’ll be typing and suddenly it hits search while in a browser without me touching it. I thought maybe I was doing this unintentionally by bumping it but I’ve never had this issue until now. This may be a glitch with the beta, but I thought I’d ask if anyone else was having this issue. Also, even after turning off slide to type and some of the other auto features it still seems to pop up with unrelated words sometimes. I want it to fix spelling errors, not change words at random mid sentence. :/

Terrible typing Recently upgraded from iPhone 12 Pro to 15 Pro. Using iOS 17.0.3. Typing is a nightmare. The following occurs: 1) screen freezes in entering Txt, email, etc. 2) many taps are required to register a letter - randomly through time and the alphabet. 3) when trying to edit a typed word, it may highlight a nearby word and won’t move beyond it; it freezes with the word selected; only choice is to delete the word and re-edit. Any similar experiences?
