How to fix blurry front camera issue on my iPhone 13?

I have an iPhone 13, all of a sudden the front camera is very blurry ruining any picture or video I try to take. Sometimes it won’t open at all instead there is a white screen with a giant pink circle taking up most of the screen. I haven’t dropped my phone or anything else I can think of. What might this issue be?
