iPhone asking passwords to download apps, How to turn it off?

I just bought an iPhone 16. Every time I download an app, it’s making me enter my Apple ID password. I looked up how to turn this off in settings, but there is no Password Settings option under my Media & Purchases on my Apple ID. How can I turn this feature off?

When I go to settings, click my Apple ID , then media and purchases, the options are: Apple Account, Manage Payments, Subscriptions, Purchase History, Add Money to Account, Country/Region, Gifts, Ratings and Reviews, and Personalized Recommendations. Then there is Manage Newsletters and Special Offers, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
