Screen Rotation on my iPhone 16 Pro not working

The new iPhone16pro does not rotate the screen? The orientation lock icon is not on. Won't go landscape either when on home screen? I am on iOS 18.0.1 so its the latest update. Anyone else have the same problem? TIA!
