Getting a Return Post-15 Days:
Not by Apple's own Terms & Conditions -but for a direct answer, you should contact Apple Support --perhaps they'd be up to letting a return go by(for whatever reasonings). These are just user-to-user forums. No one here has a say in your returns --and that is a good thing, BTW.

No, you can't. Apple's return policy is 14 days from date of purchase. And they don't make exceptions to the deadline.
