What to do if Apple TV 4K is stuck in a reboot loop?

Yesterday, I accidentally pressed some buttons on the remote control and a picture appeared on the screen, asking me to bring the phone to the console, while the console itself was initially turned off. I brought the phone and a menu appeared with information about the need to restore the console. I pressed the restore button, entered the code that appeared on the screen, and nothing happened. I repeated this several times and eventually pulled the cable out of the socket. After that, the console went into an endless reboot at startup: an apple appears and everything starts over again.
