my iphone xs after 1 day of being bought from greenmind denmark is restarting randomly after a few hours and so on should i return it and i think its bcuz of the battery
or should i ask them that change the battery? the non geniune message is not there and the life is amazing with 100 health

That iPhone XS may be new to you, but it is at least 5 years old. If it was never used and still in its original box, the battery most likely very degraded. Even if the reported battery health is high. Letting a rechargeable battery discharge completely and stay that way for months or years is the worst thing to do to it. It may have even caused damage to other components.
It's up to you if you want to spend more money on a device that old.
