Can't turn on my new Apple Watch Series 9 even after charging
I charge it then apple logo blinking and I cant turn on the watch

Try these steps:
If your Apple Watch is stuck on the Apple logo - Apple Support
If that doesn't help, it is quite possibly a hardware failure. I'd recommend calling Apple Support or taking the Watch to an Apple Store or authorized Apple service center for diagnosis.
