Why is my T-Mobile eSIM not activating after iOS 18 update?

Hello there,

After updating to IOS18, while my T-Mobile US Esim used to work perfectly, i now cannot manage to activate it.

I tried to reset the network settings, turn in on in airplane mode then disable it, turn off all other Esim, nothing work since the update ...

Anyone encountered this problem and manage to solve it ?

T-Mobile needs to reprovision the device for their network. This can generally be done over the air, but may require a trip to a T-Mobile corporate store.
