iPhone 16 pro battery life

So I had some significant issues with my iPhone pro 16 battery drainage and I am so who truly does not use my phone frequently throughout the day. I had the 13 pro max for 2 years & lasted the whole day even at 89% battery life. I knew something was off so I took to Apple and they did a complete reset on my phone and synced my back up instead of a phone transfer and I’ve noticed an improvement in my battery life. The girl working at the Genius Bar said sometimes old software carries over into to the new device and it gets layered over with the new updates and can cause issues like battery drainage. So I recommend before sending it back going into the Apple Store and having them back your phone up on iCloud and sync your data onto your phone. I’ll give update on how long my phone is lasting me.
