Trying to access my purchased music from my Mac

I can't access my purchased songs in Music. Anyone know how I can do this?

I plugged in my iPhone to try syncing, but it says "Sync music onto iPhone." I don't want to do copy my computer's library to my iPhone, I want to do the opposite. Is this possible?

It keeps taking me to Apple Music and asking me if want a subscription. I d o n ' t w a n t a s u b c r i p t i o n. This does not bless me. I've even tried just purchasing the same song again in Music, but it says "PURCHASED"... yet I can't access it. This also does not bless me.
