I assume you need to schedule an appointment with an Apple Store for repairs, etc. Here are the steps to schedule an appointment through your iPhone

To make an appointment, tap Stores. Choose an appointment type, such as the Genius Bar for personalized troubleshooting. Choose Make a Reservation and select a product (such as Mac, iPhone or iPad). Choose a nearby store location.

In iOS devices, there is a feature called iCloud Photos, which helps you store all the photos and videos in your photo library to iCloud, so you can access them from your Mac, PC, iPhone, or iPad. If the photos disappeared from iPhone, iCloud Photos is likely disabled. In this situation, you need to turn it on.
