macbook air 15-inch, M2, 2023 screen hinge issue

The hinge for closing the screen seems to be slightly faulty, it feels loose and doesnt have a soft close.

loose hinge of MacBook Air M3 My Macbook Air is just 2 days old. But the lid sometimes doesn't close completely even after applying slight pressure leaving a gap of around 10°. Also, when the lid is closed and the Macbook is tilted upwards, the lid opens up to around 10°. Also, I cannot lift the lid with one hand.
