Websites are saying that this browser is not configured to accept cookies on both my MacBook (2018) and iPhone 13. This problem is on both safari and google. I have checked both, and cookies are already enabled. I have already tried clearing my cache. Please help me, I am unable to do my schoolwork now.

If this is happening with both Safari and Chrome, then most likely it's an issue with the website not being properly coded and configured. You may need to talk to the support resources for that website or to your school's IT support. But if you have any sort of ad blocker running, try disabling that, and if you have cross-site tracking turned off, try turning that on.
