my iMac is 2012 - I no longer receive any emails on my Hotmail/ Outlook account - I have forgotten my password - I don’t know how to reset my password and cannot see how to do it - any advice or guidance would be appreciated. Regards . David

Microsoft Exchange is NOT an Apple product, you should be in touch with Microsoft or searching a Microsoft forums for Exchange recovery options.
By the way, if you are not using a password manager to keep track of all of your passwords, that is a goof! I and many others prefer 1Password, there are many but 1Password is pretty good and will run on all of your platforms.
