What’s account management? Why am I getting denied sites?

iphone XR iOS 17.7. It does this when I go to websites,this particular one was a link from Reddit. I ended up putting it on lockdown mode in hopes that would give me less issues with the phone. (Edit I think the pic isn’t showing up)

Why does my iPad keep logging me out of web accounts? For the past week or so, every time I turn on my iPad (mini 5th generation) I have been logged out of all my web accounts (WhatsApp, Wordle, newspapers etc). Whynhas this started happening, and how an I resolve it (I have changed nothing to make it do this). [Re-Titled by Moderator]
