When I charge my phone the phone stops automatically at 80% even with the charging limit at 100% and optimized charging on. I have tried to reset the iPhone but it doesn’t work any tips?

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Can you check to see whether the charging to 100% works when Optimized Battery Charging is set to OFF?
