Adding email account to outlook and getting oauth2redirect

Dear esteemed community members,

I bought a new phone. Specifically iphone 13, and I transfered all my data from my old iphone to this new one.

I tried adding an email account to my outlook app, specifically gmail account. It was showing oauth2redirect...open in...

First of, I don't know which app will be able to open the file.

Secondly, I have tried to read issues regarding to oauth2redirect, most of the response is pointed to 2 factor authentication.

For clarity sake, no 2factor authentication enabled on the new phone. The old phone is wiped completely, I tried to check the authenticator app that was transferred to the new phone during the migration, no existing data, and it was practically asking to start from afresh or enlist any device that i need 2 factor authentication for. So that rules out the issue of 2factor authentication for this case.

Any idea how to resolve this?
