Spreadsheet Grid Lines
Unwanted horizontal grid lined cutting required vertical grid lines in my spreadsheet.
Mac mini, macOS 15.0
You should be able to get the look you want by selecting cells and experimenting with the controls here:

Hi Jools,
Do you really mean gridlines (Format Panel > Table)?
Or cell borders (Format Panel > Cell)?
I don't bother with gridlines because I don't understand them!
