Connecting new printer, getting Hold for Authentification

I am connecting a printer Brother DCP-1610, identified the printer as default, but keep getting Hold for Authentification for a test print.

MacBook Air 15″, macOS 15.0

Where to find user authentication on printer driver? I had already installed a printer drive in iMac but could not print due to user authentication. I had been trying to find the user authentication on the konica minolta printer driver but couldn't. I tried everything by googling and asking around and all seem don't know how to add user authentication. It is very frustrating that I couldn't print anything and I had to ask my colleagues to help print for me. Even the printer company kept sharing the link - here but it is for macos catalina.
