On my old iphone x whenever I opened focus on my phone it also would open on my mac too. But since now I'm using iphone 11 that doesn't work. Is it because I still use my apple ID on my iphone x? How can I match my focus both on my iphone and mac?

On your iPhone, go to Settings - > Focus, then if "Share Across Devices" isn't on, turn that on. If it's on, try toggling it off and then back on. Also confirm that all your devices are signed into the same Apple Account.
