We recently added smart garage door openers to our garage. My husband was able to add them to his Home app but for me it’s saying it’s already been added to another account. Is there a way for both of us to have it on our Home app?

That would be up to the smart device as to whether it supports multiple access. Check with the manufacturer or peruse the owners manual. The message you received when you tried to add it was from the opener itself.
