I upgraded to iPhone 16 Pro and restored from backup. All music is grayed out with no artwork. When I click on a song it says not available in this country or region. I stumbled upon a setting that said "My Library " and "Dennis Griffins Library " I switched and everything was fine but it somehow switched back and I can't find this option again.

I have a similar problem
I upgraded to an iPhone 16 and transferred from my iPhone SE
Tracks that were available on the old phone are now grayed out and I receive the message about “not available in my region” despite having them still available on my iPad
These are tracks that I have purchased from Apple over the years , and there are a LOT of them.
Any suggestions?
